A device option is not a logo specification
Epic’s Billboard device documentation names Roboto, Burbank and Noto Sans as font choices. This supports family-name attribution for that device. It does not identify the exact font files, the styles used in every Fortnite screen, or the alphabet behind the wordmark. FindFont does not infer a particular Burbank release from the family name. The reviewed Roboto file previewed here is an independent open-license comparison; it is not represented as the identical file embedded in the game.

MyFonts lists Trade Gothic from Linotype as a commercial family. It is an independent direction for compact headings, not a font attributed here to Fortnite’s logo or Billboard device. Review the relevant style and license before purchase.

View fontDesign text for the distance at which it is read
When making an original game sign, compare the shortest and longest labels at the same intended viewing size. A condensed heading can fit a narrow panel, but its counters may become harder to read at a distance. Use a simpler face for instructions and keep critical words away from decorative borders. Test numbers and punctuation as well as the title. Typography chosen for an in-world billboard may need different proportions from a website heading or a small interface button.
Compare available families without inventing a retail original
MyFonts lists Trade Gothic from Linotype as a commercial family. It is an independent direction for compact headings, not a font attributed here to Fortnite’s logo or Billboard device. Review the relevant style and license before purchase. Roboto provides a free family-name comparison for the documented device option, with the exact game version unresolved; Oswald offers a different condensed setting. Both previews use reviewed open-license files. No Burbank download is hosted, and an unverified catalog search cannot establish either original-file availability or a reason to switch merchants.
Evidence for this attribution ↓Common questions
Does the Billboard list prove the Fortnite logo uses Burbank?
No. The documentation concerns a specific device’s text options, not the wordmark.
Is this Roboto specimen the exact in-game file?
That exact version has not been established. The preview is a separately reviewed open-license file.
